**Refund Policy**

**1. Cyber Security Consultation:**
- Users can cancel their appointment and request a refund if done at least 18 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Refund requests made within 18 hours of the consultation will not be eligible for a refund.

**2. eSafe Counseling:**
- Users can cancel their eSafe counseling session and request a refund if done at least 18 hours before the scheduled session.
- Refund requests made within 18 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

**3. Live Classes:**
- Refunds for live classes will be considered only if the student is unable to attend the classes due to medical reasons.
- Users must provide valid medical documentation to support their refund request for live classes.
- Refund requests for live classes due to medical reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

**General Terms:**
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to risheek@hackerspathshala.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- HSECP Technology OPC Private Limited reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
